Alec and Max have spent a lot of time and done some amazing interviews on their podcast and bring a unique perspective to our interview because they are both working ski instructors working their way through various instructor systems. I talk to the guys about skiing at a higher level and things learnt about skiing going through various training. We also chatted about fixed boot snowboarding, GS training and retro equipment.
