Wow, what a journey! After spending the weekend at the Abraham Hicks workshop in Edinburgh (the ticket to which I manifested within just 12 hours - how mad is that?), I had this proper lightbulb moment standing by the Angel of the North. The whole experience felt like divine orchestration, like the Universe was giving me a huge sign that I was on the right path!

With 1,800 of us there, I suddenly realised it was time to step away from having Abraham as my main guide and truly embrace my own voice. That's why I've rebranded my podcast to "A Zest for Life" - capturing that childlike enthusiasm we often lose as grown-ups.

This isn't about flip-flopping - it's brave adaptation! Coming home to yourself is such a beautiful feeling, far better than chasing external validation. My podcast will be this gorgeous mix of spirituality, raw humanity, biohacking, and proper joy.
