À propos de cet audio
Today we will be looking at the little 1995 book titled Be Kind, by Tenzin Gyatso, His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama.
In the chapter on equanimity we are reminded that:
- All sentient beings should be looked on as equal.
- You should reflect on the fundamental equality between yourself, and all other sentient beings.
- My interests are not independent of others. My happiness depends on others happiness.
- The only option is to live and work together harmoniously.
- And finally, compassion is not a question of religious practice, the question of the future of humanity.
Each podcast episode will also include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings and will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence prior to closing readings.
