Over my 29-year tenure, I've witnessed our company's remarkable growth from 3m and 12 staff turnover to 28m and 75 staff today. This growth is mainly organic, with two goodwill acquisitions. Ensuring their contentment is vital to our journey, and creating a trusting environment is critical."
