How the things that you do to heal and recover to become a better person physical internally and externally, mentally, psychological, and emotionally? How longevity when it comes to health and wellness comes from maintaining the things that you did to healing and recovery from diseases, illnesses, trauma, stress, pain, accidents, mental health, disabilities, depression, anxiety, and more? We talk how to do things, but not how to maintain it. I think it is time that had this conversation. So, in this episode, we are going to have this conversation.

    In this episode, we’re gonna be discussing how a food allergy that I got from seafood forever changed the way I went about eating with leads and my weight loss naturally. How I go about now picking what I choose to eat far as grocery stores, what I cook, and restaurants. How me not being able to eat a lot of places due to cross contamination when it comes to cooking seafood, chicken, beef, and fries in the same grease as far as restaurants lead me to cooking at home? How when I go to the grocery store, I home. How at all of the ingredients before I buy it? How a lot of the foods that you eat as far as processed foods, vegetables, fruits, and meat to have chemicals on them that are causing not only cancer, but other illnesses and diseases that are unalive millions of people that we don’t know about? Me going through some of the ingredients and food that you buy from Walmart they have chemicals that are making people not only sick, but are causing multiple different illnesses and diseases that are allowing people every single day. And how people may have to go the same route when it comes to being healthy the way that I did due to my food allergies?

  • Episode 50- The Misconception About Health and Wellness_

    In this podcast episode, we’re gonna be talking about the misconceptions about health and wellness as far as whether or not a person being overweight is truly unhealthy, or are people that are not overweight actually healthy. I think it’s time that we have this conversation because I am really tired of people saying that because people are not overweight that they are healthy. When there’s plenty of evidence that shows that people that are actually society, standards of weight are truly not healthy due to other illnesses, diseases, mental, psychological, and emotional health. There is plenty of scientific proof that shows that people that are society standards of weight doesn’t prove that you are truly healthy. So this podcast is probably going to contradict a lot of the things that you’ve been told. But I feel like when it comes to healing and recovery is time to start being honest as far as basic your health and wellness based upon society standards.

  • Episode 49 - What Food Additives, And Chemicals That Are Making People Sick

    In this episode, I talk about the food additive that are making people sick and causing multiple different illnesses that are put into our foods a are sold in the grocery store. When I got sick, I started looking into the things that were in our foods that were causing not only allergies, but mental health, allergic reactions, cancer, lung disease, kidney disease, blood, clots, organ failure, and more. And what I found the shocking. So I decided to stay away from a lot of processed foods, and foods that have these following ingredients in them that’s making people sick. And when I stop eating these particular foods. I noticed that I felt a lot better, it was easier to lose weight, and I started being a lot healthier. So I hope this podcast helps a lot of people understand why it is that no matter what she’s done you cannot lose weight, and you constantly just feel unhealthy. And why the cancers keep coming back for those who basically are cancer free, and then the cancer comes back.

    And this episode, I’m gonna be discussing have all of the things that you’ve been told when it comes to health and wellness is true. I talk about medical billing and the truth about claims as far as why they’re being denied. Why depending on what type of insurance that you have plays a big part in the type of Care that you get from hospitals, urgent cares, and primary care offices. I’m also going to be talking about how the real reason that people are dying is depending on the type of insurance, and if you can afford to get the type of treatment, procedures, MRIs, CT scans, labs, and x-rays to determine what exactly is wrong with you. How a lot of doctors offices do not do a thorough examination to determine what is wrong with you? And how the base was wrong with you based on what you tell them. Instead of just doing a thorough examination to see everything that is wrong with you in order for them to start treating you. So the way that we are doing healthcare is completely backwards compared to other countries who do thorough examinations for your primary care visit to determine everything that is wrong with you before they even treat you. How they are selling products at grocery store that I’m making people sick, and dying from these products every day instead of getting rid of them? How can people get healthy when they keep putting out products that are making people not only sick, but they die from it? How every day we see a bunch of stores that are recalling products as far as groceries, drinks, and waters?

I’ve been having throat issues, as well as chronic pain, and allergies that came out of nowhere that I just cannot explain. And while going through these particular journeys that I’m going through medically, I have found some very fascinating things that contradict what we’ve been told about health and wellness that I decided I want to share on this platform. So I’m gonna be the guinea pig, and show whether or not my theory is right when it comes to weight loss, mental and psychological health, emotional health, and internal and external health if everything that we’ve been taught works or not. And this is not something that’s just for specific people, this is gonna be for everybody. Let’s see how this turns out.
