As our guest on the podcast this week, I dive into a conversation with this fellow podcaster whose vision is to bring more connection to people through the rich stories and experiences of others. Jeffrey had a unique childhood, born in Maryland, raised in Idaho, and lived a total of 7 years of his life in Zimbabwe and Ghana. His talent for Rugby helped him pave the way through college in the States. Within his job of Public Relations, hobby of fitness, and host of his own podcast, Jeffrey has embraced his journey of self discovery and has found his true authentic self. In this week's conversation Jeffrey offers practical advice on who to surround yourself with, how to show love/support to all and accept not always receiving that in return, and finally, how to embrace your life's story.
