Incredibly, The Sober Club is 6 years old in September, and to celebrate we're having a gathering and podcast recording at Club Soda in Covent Garden on Monday 8 Sept 7.30 Because the club is so focused on the 'holistic' approach to sobriety I thought we'd make it a Wellbeing in sobriety event, and so I am jacking up some specialguests and hopefully goody bags, and I would love to hear your top tips for wellbeing too.
