She has almost two decades of experience in the corporate arena, accompanied by an MBA, which has allowed her to successfully maneuver business-specific endeavors. From a young age, her parents instilled in her "To Do For Self," resulting in a strong passion for entrepreneurship and helping others be successful by sharing her experience, education, and resources.

Sheryl Merritt, is the CEO/Broker of New Legacy Reality. Her real estate career spans some 22 years, culminating in the launch of New Legacy Realty in 2005. In addition to her work as a real estate professional, her training as a certified housing counselor and mortgage loan officer enables her to answer finance questions and educate clients on sustainable homeownership and other topics.
