A dear friend and lovely listener of the show recently invited me to speak at her company's online conference for Women In Leadership. I was excited for the opportunity yet I did feel a little nervous...speaking to a crowd and giving a presentation requires a lot of preparation and practice. I felt stressed out thinking about the idea of it made me uncomfortable. Which was ironic because the topic I was be presenting on would be "Being Comfortable with the Uncomfortable." Yet I quickly snapped out of it and knew I had to jump at the chance to stretch myself and gain experience and be comfortable with the uncomfortable.

On this week's guest episode I go deeper in to some of the themes and components of Being Comfortable With the Uncomfortable. I share how discomfort is where all things grow or are revealed, stepping out of your comfort zone is where change happens, allowing yourself to sit with uncomfortable feelings reveals fear & worries which is the gateway to Divine Feminine inner peace.
