They didn't move a mountain; they bought one. They moved to the Ozarks, and completely remodeled a retreat. Naturally, there was some chaos involved in that transition.
Additionally, Ben talks about deleting chaos as a business owner - his belief in block scheduling led him to take Fridays off. He likes to "predetermine" - whether that's schedules, meetings, or systems - so he can be in the moment with his clients. He also talks about some of the tools he uses from Google and Apple to keep himself organized.
