Welcome to episode four of the Women in Aesthetic Medicine (WiAM) podcast. After many conversations with female professionals, we realised there is a disparity in how men and women are treated in the aesthetics industry. We formed the Women in Aesthetic Medicine networking group, with the aim of creating a space to support and empower women in the industry to be the leaders of tomorrow.
