So back at the end of April in 2012 Carol and I sat down and talked all about fixed energy, what it is, where you can find it, and how to use it to get stuff!

You see, I have read so many books on "how to learn astrology" and they all throw far too much information at you at once, and they never lay out a step-by-step process of building a reasonable argument for using astrology as a lens through which to view reality.

But astrology is an excellent yardstick. The key is to stop learning labels (signs, key words, and what planet "rules" what) and to see how the building blocks all make sense and interact with each other. That's what we are doing here.

We compared fixed energy to cardinal energy in simple terms and real-life scenarios. We are keeping things basic for a few more episodes so that we do not lose anyone when we jump into the complicated mess of conglomerate energies we call "signs" in astrological jargon.

Thanks for being here. Here is a handout for these first lessons. It is one of the *many* handouts I have been giving to my private students and is not custom-made for this podcast. It was just a trial idea I am playing with and a sample of how easy my lessons are. I will give the answers in an upcoming episode.
