Spiritual drift happens subtly, like being one degree off course - small at first, but leading us far from God over time. To combat this, we need a 'high Christology' - seeing Jesus as our central definition of God and embracing the full Christ event. Hebrews 2 highlights four crucial aspects of Jesus: He is crowned with glory through suffering, the pioneer of our salvation, the conqueror of death, and our merciful high priest. True Christian maturity isn't measured by knowledge or activities but by love - genuine love that flows from God to others through us.
