What fits into your schedule without making you feel overwhelmed?

The real secret to consistency is setting up routines that either feel automatic or genuinely exciting to you. When you enjoy what you’re doing, you’re far more likely to stick with it. And the good news is, this is a skill you can build and develop over time.

In this episode, I’ll walk you through how to start shaping your own personalized fitness plan using your food and exercise preferences. And I’ll show you how setting up your plan this way leads to a more flexible, resilient, and sustainable lifestyle... one that adjusts with you through different seasons of life.
