Every evening, Thomas would walk to the bus stop where Julia waited for her ride home. He watched her from a distance: her gestures, her smile, the way she flicked her hair away from her face. The feeling growing inside him was like a spark wishing to become a flame.

Thomas's affection for Julia grew stronger with each passing day, yet every attempt to get closer ended in uncertainty and doubt. Despite his longing, he feared that reality might disappoint them both. Thus, the feeling stayed distant, even though they were so close.

In our lives, we often encounter moments when love seems just beyond our reach. Should we take the risk and express our feelings? Or is it better to live with hope, despite the yearning?
