Barb Collentine and Karen Ranieri, two lifelong David Cassidy fans, came up with the idea to memorialize the entertainer in his boyhood hometown of West Orange, New Jersey. Two years later, their hard work is paying off as the city dedicates a street in Cassidy's name, and places a historical marker on the baseball field where he once played.
In a two-and-a-half day celebration of Cassidy's legacy, fans from across the U.S. - and from around the world - will gather in West Orange for official ceremonies, a glamorous gala, and a variety of Cassidy's old friends and family.
Hear how it all came to fruition and what's going to occur on July 29 thru July 31, 2025 in the city Cassidy once called home.
