À propos de cet audio
Today, on Karl and Crew, we continued our weekly theme of “Family Relationships” with discussions about our identity in Christ, partnering with God in parenthood, and how discipleship doesn’t stop because you got married. We then opened the phone lines to hear miracle stories from our listeners as we asked them, “What’s the answered prayer or miracle that your whole family still rejoices about?” Then Jill Savage joined us to discuss how to overcome the perfectionist mindset when parenting and inviting God to lead you in raising your kids. Jill is an author, blogger, and international speaker. She is also the founder and CEO of Hearts at Home. She also hosts the No More Perfect podcast and has authored several books, including “Empty Nest-Full Life.” We then had Brad Rhoads join us to discuss the importance of the church's discipleship of married couples and to explore what a Grace-based marriage looks like. Brad and his wife, Marilyn, founded Grace Marriage, a ministry that helps church leaders disciple married couples. He also serves as a marriage pastor at their local church and wrote the book, “The Grace Marriage: How the Gospel and Intentionality Transform Your Relationship.” You can hear the highlights of today's program on the Karl and Crew Showcast.
