À propos de cet audio
Defeat is not the end of the story—victory is already ours in Jesus.
In this message, we look at the finished work of Christ and how we can live in the freedom and authority He has secured for us. The cross didn’t just forgive sin; it disarmed every enemy.
Anchor Verse: Colossians 2:15 “He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in Him.”
Here’s what that means for us today:
-
Sin Has Been Defeated at the Cross — The old self was crucified with Christ (Romans 6:6).
-
Satan's Power Has Been Crushed — Through His death, Jesus destroyed the one who held the power of death (Hebrews 2:14).
-
We Must Walk in the Victory Already Won — Thanks be to God who gives us victory through Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57).
-
Victory is Maintained Through Resistance and Faith — As we submit to God and resist the enemy, he has no choice but to flee (James 4:7).
The battle has already been won—our role is to live in that truth. With Christ, defeat is not our identity. We stand firm, equipped with God’s Word and strengthened by His Spirit, walking daily as conquerors through the love of Jesus.
