In 1980, he began his training in Kriya yoga with Ganesh Baba. He is board-certified in integrative medicine, psychiatry, and obesity medicine. He also integrates medical acupuncture into his work. Keith has a Masters of Divinity with an interfaith focus, is an ordained, interfaith minister and is a Yogacharya in a Kriya (Raja) Yoga lineage.
