À propos de cet audio
In this episode, I talk about how my ignored feelings of disappointment built upon itself and led to feelings of wanting to take my own life. I use the book, Atlas of the Heart by Dr. Brene Brown, to help me give find the language to better understand what I was going through.
Disappointment is usually treated like a minor feeling that should "roll off your back". But, my feelings of disappointment compounded so intensely for me that I fell into my first darkest moment of my life.
This is a hard story for me to tell and I can still hear in my voice how emotional it was for me.
