Therefore through thought, attraction, and belief, we focus the best we can on what we truly want out of life. We hope we know what we want because when we do, the power of manifestation will allow us to fully embrace life and everything we desire will eventually turn it into reality right?Yes, mediation has so many benefits from easing stressful situations, increasing self-awareness, develop the ability to focus on the NOW, and even reduce negative emotions.  We meditate, pray, wait, hope, give up, and try try again.
