À propos de cet audio
Life can be pretty complex and overwhelming to the point that we feel lost, that we cannot distinguish the trees from the forest, it becomes what I call it “the Spaghetti Bolognese” effect – all jumbled up.
Making the right decisions whilst in this frame of mind becomes convoluted – difficult.
But what if you could simply improve our self-performance by improving the quality of our sleep? After all, we spend on average 26 years of our entire life sleeping, and 7 years trying to fall asleep!
Now, we don't sleep for nothing. We sleep to repair. And the quality of our sleep will dictate how well we live, how much we experience life, and how long we will live.
Enjoy this episode and I look forward to your comments after you implement some of the sleeping tips mentioned in this podcast.
