This is one of the first ways I learned to meditate and one of the simplest ways to calm your mind and relieve anxiety. Energy, sometimes called Qi, Chi or Prana is thought to be an invisible life force that animates all things. It cannot be seen or touched but with practice and concentration, you can sensitize yourself to be able to feel it.
