How to Plan Q4 Like a Legacy Builder, Not a Burnout Survivor “October is coming fast… and if you wait until then to plan Q4, you're already behind.” Yep, I said it. And it’s not meant to scare you—it’s meant to motivate you. Because today, on The Seed, we tackled something that often feels like a mad dash to the finish line: planning the last quarter of the year. But this time? We’re doing it with strategy, clarity, and a whole lot of intention. This episode isn’t just about crossing the t’s on 2024. It’s about laying down the bricks for your 2025 vision and that 2026 dream you haven’t even said out loud yet. Because let’s be honest—if we want to grow something that lasts, we need to stop hustling like we’re disposable. We need to plan like we’re building a legacy. So, what’s the secret? It’s a framework I call SIMPLE—and yes, it actually is. Let’s break it down together: The SIMPLE Framework for Planning Q4 S – Set Your Q4 IntentionsStart here. What does success look like for you by the end of this year? Not just revenue-wise—what do you want to carry into 2025, and what do you want to leave behind? For me, it’s about consistency with Dandelion-Inc members and setting the stage for a bigger 2026 expansion. Ask yourself: what matters most? I – Identify Your Key Offers or InitiativesLess is more. Choose what you will actually promote, deliver, or host. Make sure it aligns with your energy, revenue goals, and long-term strategy. For me? I'm pushing one last webinar for Time Mastery Made Easy, using Eventbrite to connect with new people, and setting up strategic collaborations for Q1. Plus, we’re investing more time into The Girl Boss Drink Show and sponsorships for visibility. M – Map Out MilestonesDrop in those key dates: launches, events, holidays, school breaks, grant deadlines. Think backwards from where you want to end. Example: Want a Black Friday promo ready? Work back from November 25. Only focus on your big rocks right now—don’t get lost in the tiny details just yet. P – Plug in Your PartnershipsThis season gets loud. So instead of screaming over everyone, share the mic. Find collaborators whose audiences align with yours. I love seeing meaningful pairings, like The Skin Suite Spa partnering with Project MKC for purposeful fundraising. Think: joint webinars, bundles, podcast swaps, or giving campaigns. Let’s grow together. L – Lock in Your Support SystemYou can't do it all. Period. What can you automate? Who can you lean on? What can you batch? I live by weekly resets, templated follow-ups, and realistic capacity limits. It’s not just about surviving Q4—it’s about entering 2026 without dragging burnout along for the ride. E – Evaluate and Adjust MonthlySet 15-minute check-ins every four weeks. Ask: What’s working? What’s draining? What small win can I celebrate? This keeps you clear, grounded, and moving forward. Because clarity now creates momentum later. This Isn’t Just a Quarter—It’s Your Springboard Whether your 2026 vision includes hiring a team, expanding into new markets, or scaling your mission globally, it starts now. What you prioritize in these next 90 days will shape the next three years. Don’t wait. Write your SIMPLE plan down—on a sticky note, in your planner, or your Notion board—and take a picture. Tag me on Instagram @DandelionInc.LLC or email it. I’d love to celebrate your clarity with you. Need help mapping out your Q4 strategy? I’ve got you. DM me or join my upcoming live strategy session. Let’s do this together. Because you’re not just building Q4.You’re building your legacy. Let’s get to work. 💛 Want More Support?✨ Book 30 Minutes Free with me.✨ Subscribe to The Seed Podcast wherever you listen.✨ Share this episode with a fellow woman in business—you never know who needs to hear it. ✨ Listen to the full episode on The Seed Podcast, and don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share.
