After taking a summer to reset, I’m back and ready to share what time away taught me about life, work, and self-care. This conversation is part reflection and part permission slip to give yourself space when you need it.

I’m focusing on healing in 2025 and sharing how that focus is shaping the choices I make for my family and myself. Taking this break reminded me how much I needed rest, and while it wasn’t easy to pause the podcast, prioritizing my health and well-being turned out to be a surprisingly empowering move.

Stepping back showed me that slowing down doesn’t mean giving up. It just helps you show up stronger afterward. I’m grateful for everyone who is still here and still listening. There are exciting changes on the horizon and I’m happy to have you along for the ride.
