We switched up our routine and recorded on a Tuesday afternoon as we dug into two big experiments we are running on ourselves. We talk through why we both did GI MAP stool testing to see what our gut microbiome is really doing and how that can connect to mood, metabolism, parasites, and long term health. We also share why Dan finally did a sleep study after years of spotty nights and how we think about practical fixes like sleep hygiene, nasal breathing, mouth taping, magnesium glycinate and threonate, cooler darker rooms, and smarter evening routines.
