À propos de cet audio
Peaches is back in the studio with Viktor Wilt and newcomer Jeff, and today’s Madness & Mayhem lives up to its name. Things kick off with a roast session on Jade’s straightened beard (described as “strung-out Rasputin”) before diving into plane disaster stories, floating the river, and the unique pedestrian-hating vibe of Bozeman, Montana.
From there, the crew spirals into everything from tattoo debates (Peaches still refusing to ink up, Viktor defending his spur-of-the-moment Ozzy signature tattoo, and Jeff repping New Found Glory lyrics) to what exactly “cowboy corn” means as a music genre. With help from Josh at Classy 97, the guys discover it’s a mix of country music and storytelling — but naturally, Korn covers become the running gag.
The conversation shifts again when Peaches finds himself compared to the cartoon mascot from Fred Meyer, and then it’s onto the world of rock star tour riders. The gang contrasts Nine Inch Nails’ fruit-and-cheese health list with Pantera’s booze buffet and Steve Martin’s joke rider demanding an Icelandic horse. That leads into the inevitable question: what would be on their own tour riders? From IPA and brisket nachos to charcuterie boards, Tums, and a suspiciously large stash of over-the-counter meds, the answers are pure chaos.
Add in Victor’s germaphobe tendencies, Peaches’ sharp sarcasm, Jeff’s awkward charm, and enough side tangents to fill a whole festival lineup, and you’ve got another classic Noon Hour of Madness & Mayhem.
