I must go on boasting…But He said, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is 
made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For Christ's sake, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, I am strong” (2 Corinthians 12:1-10).
God wanted you to understand a mystery about Him; weakness is God’s raw material for glory; pain is His raw material for gain; the cross is His raw material for the crown; and the valley phase of life is the raw material for the value phase. Your life, dreams, work, and ministry are turned into valuable, desirable, sought-after entities/reality in the valley, i.e. (the difficult seasons of your life). Some people missed these mysteries by giving up too soon, and others  sadly entertained thoughts of suicide and would have stopped their dreams from coming to fruition. The journey through the valley is often through hunger, failure, disappointment, depression, loneliness, and pain. It does not always make sense; God’s achievement process is often paradoxical; knowing that no valley experience is a waste with God is expedient. It seemed that God’s educational systems and His universities are set up in the valleys 
(low seasons of life), while in the mountains, we celebrate breakthroughs and graduation
ceremonies.
