Kim has always been sensitive and had abilities from an early age. However, it was after having a near death experience when she was 15, that truly opened her senses. She has been using spiritual tools such as dowsing rods pendulums, and oracle cards along with her senses to make connections since she was 20. This has equated to 34 plus years spent on a personal journey of exploration, learning and fine tuning. She and her husband Scott began investigating together and haven't stopped since. Kim prefers to rely on the Claire senses for investigating, while Scott prefers to use equipment to document and capture unexplained events. Kim has always held a fascination for the unknown, wanting answers. She loves the validation she receives when real evidence is captured through the devices as well. In 2016, they actively started making and selling their own version of paranormal equipment. They specialize in EMF and Rem pods, SLS (structured light sensor), the XLS cameras (Based upon Lidar and 3D mapping) and now they have created the FS-SLS which is a full spectrum version of the SLS.
