À propos de cet audio
Are you feeling stressed?
You may have noticed when you get stressed, your digestion seems more sensitive, you tolerate certain foods less, or your symptoms start to flare.
It's because the gut is heavily influenced by stress!
Stress shows up as a toxin in our system. It causes inflammation in the gut, similar to the inflammation from foods that trigger our symptoms.
The good news is that there are incredible stress-reducing practices that can help us to manage and minimize stress in our lives... and our guts will thank us big time for these.
Check out this video to learn more about how stress impacts your digestion and why it's so important to include stress management in your daily routine.
