Running a music festival in todays climate is getting more and more difficult and daunting so we dive into the detail of organising Coast Fest, discuss the lineup for 2025's festival and generally just talk about the music scene in the UK's north east area.
John picks out a few highlights from the upcoming festival too and we discuss how he managed to book the legendary Lindesfarne for this year!
We also talk about John's history in the north east music scene and his new project in North Shields, Red Studios!
