Today I’m joined by Nell Stortz, my Director of Operations here at Team Allwood. She graciously stepped in and hosted a few episodes while I took a much-needed month-long sabbatical during July.

Nell and I talk about what it looked like behind the scenes, and I open up about how challenging it was to unplug from email, step away from social media, and cut off communication with my team and clients.
