À propos de cet audio
The Stillness Is an Illness Podcast launches with an introduction to the movement that’s changing the way we think about health, purpose, and community. Created by Clemson legends and former NFL players Patrick Sapp, James Trapp, alongside Dan Watson, and Brian Moss, Stillness Is an Illness (SIAI) is more than a motto—it’s a mission.
Born from the belief that motion is medicine, SIAI exists to inspire people to move intentionally, think differently, and live purposefully. Through the philosophy of PADL247—Positive Activities of Daily Living—the movement challenges the status quo by showing how small, consistent actions create lasting transformation.
In this first episode, the team shares how SIAI began, why “stillness is an illness,” and how simple practices like the 15-5 to Stay Alive method (15 reps of 5 exercises spread throughout the day) can help anyone build vitality, resilience, and momentum.
SIAI is more than fitness. It’s a mindset, a community, and a way of life—one that uplifts individuals, fuels clarity, and creates ripple effects of strength in the world around us.
