However, the plaintiff claims the defendant scammed him, and he never got the profit, so he’s suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff jumped the gun, and the product is still selling. Plus, the plaintiff purchased a van, and it came with a warranty from the defendant. When the van broke down, the plaintiff claims the defendant didn’t honor the warranty, and he was forced to spend big money on a new engine, so he’s suing for the repairs.
