We share how important it is to look at the facts, and understand that the worst is possible but so is the best, and sometimes worrying about it only attracts more of the possibility of what we don't want.
With the right self care practices that cater to your needs, you can use fear and worry as a tool to level up, reflect and grow without it becoming bigger than you or stealing your power.
