English film director Noah Caplan is the perfect start to Gen Z, Defined. He's already made a critically-acclaimed short film called Stepping Stone. And now he's making a feature film called Impressionable. He’s been featured on the Hollywood Reporter and Deadline, and also is the CEO and founder of Yoof Group, a media company that is helping to make content for Gen Z. Our conversation wasn’t just about moviemaking, we go into his upbringing, the mental health crisis amongst young people, toxic masculinity, and whether the idea of a movie theater can even survive with the rise of social media.
