Reportedly seen in and around Point Pleasant, West Virginia, the Mothman has been known to be one of the most fascinating folklores in the U.S. The Mothman legends began in the mid 1960s, following previous legends from the early 1900s. Could it have been a giant bird? A mutation of one? Or perhaps an extraterrestrial being?

An alleged paranormal phenomenon occurred in a small home in Spain. In 1971 there was a house in the small town of Belmez where many phantom faces scarred their floor. It wasn't quite clear why they appeared however, a theory explains that perhaps these faces were a manifestation of the woman who lived there and subconsciously projected her emotions of distress on the concrete floor through a telekinetic power known as "thoughtography".
