    We get it, fatigue can be so overwhelming with IBD! In this podcast, we discuss the primary causes of fatigue, including: inflammation, decreased food intake, and nutrient deficiencies. We emphasize the importance of nutrition in managing fatigue and highlight how nutrition, stress, and overall health are all connected.
