 I join you solo today to talk about patterns I’ve noticed in the spiritual community that seem to be perpetuating outdated patterns of credibility. I wanted to share because I see so many opportunities for more deconditioning (in human design terms) that can bring us into closer community and deeper wisdom.In this episode I discuss:
  • How coaches typically establish credibility and authority within the spiritual community.
  • How to demonstrate what you know as a coach.
  • Hiding behind credentials or trainings without embodying that wisdom.
  • How to acknowledge the lineage of your teachers.
  • How most human design readers seem to signal they don’t actually have embodied wisdom on their topic.
  • How some coaches market their connection to source without integrity.
  • The hierarchy “authority” puts over our clients.
  • The criteria I think actually lends authority to coaches or spiritual mentors.
  • What opportunities exist within the spiritual community to find new definitions of credibility.
  • People I think are demonstrating this nuanced level of credibility well.
