  • Run Forest Run. I trained for my 3rd half marathon, turned a 4wk training plan into 5 weeks, and won! It's in this episode where I'll explain the plan I followed with the full breakdown of the 4 weeks leading up to the race. I'll also be giving value around mindset. Success takes a high level mindset, and while some may feel the thoughts are extreme, others know it's what it takes.
