Happy 4th of July!

In this final episode of season 3 we learn about how the Israelites finished creating the tabernacle. I will take another pause before season 4, but this time for fun reasons- I am taking a vacation with my family. I will return to recording episodes soon!

Today we learn how the artisans made the Tabernacle, the Ark, and many of the furnishings of the Tabernacle.

Moses communes with Lord in a tent and returns to the mountain. The Lord reveals His glory, Moses becomes radiant, and the commandments are given.

In today's chapters Moses continues receiving the Law from the Lord, this time concerning how to worship. While he is away, the Israelites grow restless and make an idol to worship.

As you know I was not feeling great right after Easter; I have been battling with allergies and asthma this entire time, and it has resulted in a pretty sever loss of my voice. I am unable to record chapters without straining my voice and having severe pain in my throat due to laryngitis. Unfortunately, this means that the podcast will have to remain on a temporary hiatus until I am better, so please pray for me to recover quickly!

A short pause for the Easter holiday to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ! We will return next week!

In these chapter we learn how the Lord wants the priests to be clothed and consecrated. I have generally tried to stay away from offering any opinions or outside information, but for this section I thought it would be beneficial to let you know that an "ephod" is an ancient sleeveless garment.
