À propos de cet audio
In this episode, I talk about why I think I might have OCD. This is a self-diagnosis based on years of patterns, thoughts, and behaviors I didn’t have words for — until recently. For a long time, I silently struggled with mental rumination, until it began to affect my daily life in a real and overwhelming way. While I’m now on the path toward finding therapy, I wanted to share my story for anyone who feels alone or is struggling with their mental health. I also touch on some common myths about OCD and share a few coping mechanisms that have helped me personally. Just to be clear — this is not medical advice. I’m not a licensed professional. I’m simply speaking from my own experience, hoping it resonates with someone out there.
