With a career at Frontier Health that began in 1998, Margaret brings decades of experience and a deep love for working with teens. She shares what motivates her, the impact of the Safe House, and why creating safe spaces for youth is more important than ever. His extensive background in direct care, coupled with his leadership in overseeing numerous mental health and addiction programs, has positioned him as a key figure in the field. Currently, as the Senior Director of Outpatient Addiction Services, Chad leads efforts to provide essential support and treatment for those battling addiction, offering hope and guidance to countless individuals in need.
