À propos de cet audio
This week we’re joined by adaptive athlete and nutrition coach Sydney Peterson, who’s redefining what strength and performance look like.
After watching her take on the Hyrox World Champs in Chicago, we knew we had to sit down with her.
In this episode, Sydney shares what it’s like to compete in the first season of the Hyrox Adaptive Invitational, her training approach while living with cerebral palsy, and the mental and physical growth that’s come along the way — including her first strict ring muscle-up (yep, you read that right 💪). A crossfitter at heart, Sydney loves a challenge!
We talk about:
- Pushing past expectations and redefining what’s possible
- The evolution of the adaptive Hyrox category
- Strength, resilience, and showing up for yourself
- Coaching, fuelling, and celebrating your own wins
Sydney’s story is powerful, real, and genuinely inspiring. Whether you’re an athlete, coach, or just need a reminder of what’s possible, this one’s for you.
