Welcome to the Exist in Bliss podcast. I’m Cas, certified yoga teacher, and this space is where I get to teach the real magic of yoga - the practice of living a life full of love, compassion, joy and peace. We'll use tools and inspiration from ancient yoga teachings as well as Buddhism, the Tao, Ayurveda, nature, movement medicine, nutrition - anything that helps us improve the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us is a part of following a yogic path, so we will be exploring tools from a variety of different teachings in this space. In addition to the podcast episodes you’ll also find guided meditations, another powerful tool for you use to further your mindfulness practice. I'm so glad you're here.
