Before HBS, 'Demilade spent close to a decade in sales, marketing, and strategy roles across Africa with ENGIE, Unilever, TOTAL, and Diageo. He holds a BSc in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos and a professional marketing diploma from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Marketing.
