We draw on scripture, specifically 2 Timothy 2:24-26, to guide listeners on the path of gentleness, kindness, and non-resentment. Highlighting the debilitating effects that hurt can have on spiritual and emotional well-being, we emphasize the importance of response, asserting that reactions determine futures and can be either handcuffs or keys. We call on his audience to emulate and live out Jesus Christ's forgiveness to escape the trap of offense laid by the enemy, concluding the session with a moment of silent contemplation, a prayer for guidance, and a wish for God's peace on all listeners.
