Jordan, an Indianapolis native, holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from IUPUI and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has led public affairs and development efforts for, for-profit and nonprofit entities, generating over $1 million in annual fundraising. Jordan launched A Seat At The Table in 2018 to help women of color challenge oppressive systems and heal from trauma, reaching thousands in Indiana and North Carolina.

She has been nominated for various awards and served on committees and boards for organizations such as March of Dimes and Junior Achievement.

Jordan is also a devoted wife and mother who enjoys exploring new destinations with her family.
