The Killer Cocktail

“Remember the Maine”

· 1 dash Absinthe

· 2 ounces West Bottoms Whiskey, American Blended Malt

· ¾ ounce sweetvermouth

· 2 teaspoons cherryHeering

· Garnish: brandied cherry, preferablyLuxardo

Method:

To a chilled cocktailglass, add a dash of absinthe, roll aroundto coat and discard excess. Add remaining ingredients to a mixingglass. Add ice and stir well. Straininto the prepared glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
