He has appeared on television as a pitmaster and chef for various CBS new segments, radio programs, and magazine features. He provides consultation services to pitmasters who are wishing to elevate their barbecues abilities. On occasion he joins in various jam sessions as a drummer. Often, he is credited as the reason the show went long as he tends to remember one more story.
